Our Cloud Image Manager helps you improve image rendering for any device
CDNetworks Cloud Image Optimization automatically optimises images and renders websites to deliver the best
quality possible, regardless of the device. It supports websites using responsive design or dynamic serving, and
ensures a fast user experience whether accessed on a desktop, tablet or smartphone.

The Cloud Image Manager service generates the requested version of an image based on the user request. The
master image is edited as necessary and served to the end user. All image versions are kept in cache for subsequent
requests.

Allows you to change the width and height parameters of the image
ff Crop:
Crops excess image data outside the width and height boundaries after scaling ff Quality: The quality parameter allows for specifying the quality of the image. Decreasing the quality parameter will
reduce the file size ff Watermarking: Allows watermarking with an image and alpha value ff Rotation: Sets the angle to rotate the image counter clockwise N degrees ff Sharpening: Increases the image sharpness ff Auto Format: Provides the most optimised format supported by the client
ff Device Pixel Ratio: The device pixel ratio is used to specify the correct device pixel density. This will allow for the correct density to
be implemented on a variety of devices, such as Apple Retina displays and Android devices
ff Filters : Filters apply various effects to images - Cloud Image Optimization offers 20 different filters ff Face Detection Crop: Crops out image data around any faces detected in the image ff Entropy Detection Crop: Entropy crop will find and return the most interesting features of the source image, cropping out less important
areas
ff Supported Formats: Supported formats include jpeg, png, webp, gif, tiff, bmp
