1. To receive apologies for absence
None received.
2. To receive declarations of interest
Cllr de Grey declared a pecuniary interest in item???
3. To agree and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on
4th November 2016
It was proposed by Cllr Dunn and seconded by Cllr Riley that the
minutes were a true record. All agreed and the Chairman signed the
minutes.
4. Matters arising from the previous minutes (for information only)
The water hydrant and the Green continue to get damaged by truning
lorries. It is believed that the Green is the personal property of Lord
Walsingham, and he will not object to the Parish Council siting a boulder
or concrete bollard to protect the hydrant.
5. To adjourn the meeting for Parishioners’ Questions
The meeting was adjourned.

Routine finance
a) The Chairman presented an invoice for £720 from Plandescil for the
survey undertaken on the Village Green. As this payment had already
been approved (§???), it was propose by Cllr Riley and seconded by
Vllr de Grey that thi be pid. All agreed.
b) The bank account balances were:

e) Agree Budget and Precept for 2017/2018
The Clerk presented a final budget for 2017/2018. Showing an estimate of
costs associated with the Village Hall Project, and a budget of £1200
(unchanged). This would show a shortfall of £kkk. It was resolved to leave
the precept at £1200.
To receive update on, and consider further actions relating to, the Village
Hall Refurbishment Project (including grant applications) and to schedule
further Working Party meetings.
The Clerk reported that the final surveyor’s report and a plan received from
Vince Matthews had now been received.
