However, school is open on all Saturdays except second Saturday.
 Meeting Class Incharge / Subject Teachers:
Parents can meet class incharge or subject teachers on working Saturdays.
 Meeting the Principal:
All working days between 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
 Medium of instruction:
Medium of instructions at all level is English. Hindi language is also given due importance. Students are
encouraged to converse in English in the school campus. Special remedial classes are conducted on
working Saturdays for those students who are unable to cope up with the class.
 Identity Card:
Students will be issued identity cards which should be maintained by the students for the whole session.
No student will be allowed to enter the school premises without I-card once they have been issued.
 School Library:
The school library is open to all bonafide students of the school. All classes are provided with at least one
library period in a week.
 Career Counseling:
The school provides career counseling from time to time to the students so as to make them aware about
the latest career opportunities.
 Transport:
The school provides transport facility to the students through its own bus/van from different
colonies/sectors to the school and back. The school transport is also used for short visits, tours, excursions
and for student participation in contests & sports. Students can avail the facility of transport by submitting
the transport facility consent form, one month in advance or at the time of admission to school. In case a
student wishes to withdraw the transport facility, a written request giving one calendar month's clear
notice will have to be submitted. The transport charges are to be paid monthly. The transport charges are
charged for 11 months and the charges once paid for the month will not be refunded.
 School Canteen:
The School has a hygienic and well maintained canteen for the students. Snacks are provided at fixed
prices.
 Sports and Games:
School provides facilities for all games to encourage healthy competition, character building and stamina.
Sports form an integral and vital part of school curriculum. The school provides facilities for specialized
coaching in various sports. The popular games played in the school are cricket, volleyball, football, karate,
badminton, athletics and Lawn tennis. Yoga and P.T. are also conducted for all students.
 Withdrawal:
If a child has to be withdrawn from the school rolls, parents are requested to give one calendar
month notice in writing, failing which one month fee will be charged in lieu thereof. Transfer
certificate for children withdrawn will not be issued until all dues are settled.
 School dues:
The payment of the fees should be done by cheque & by Paytm gateway by 15th of the respective month,
if 15th falls on a holiday, the payment should be made on previous day. Late fees with a fine of Rs. 100/will be charged after 15th of each month. If the fee is not deposited till the last working day of the
month the name of the student will be struck off from the school without any notice and the student
may be readmitted only on payment of up to date fees and contributions etc. including fresh
admission fees and other charges. School dues / fees once paid will not be refunded in any case.
 Attendance:
1. It is compulsory for the students to complete 90% of attendance in the academic session to make them
eligible to sit for final examination.
2. Leave application must be duly written and signed by parents only on a plain paper. Those students
who remain absent due to sickness must submit a medical certificate from a registered doctor at the
joining of the school.
3. Repeated absent without leave or unexplained absence for more than a week renders the student
liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. Readmission may be granted only on payment of
readmission charges and with the permission of the Principal.
4. No half day/short leave is allowed. Please don't ask for the same.

 School Book shop:
All school books must be purchased from the school book-shop only. The complete set of books &
notebooks is available from the school book-shop. It is compulsory for the students to buy note books,
practical note books of standard design bearing the name of the school from the school book shop only.
 School Uniform shop:
School uniform is compulsory for all the students and must be worn on all working days and school
functions. For the sake of uniformity, parents are advised to purchase uniform from school shop only.
House uniform should be worn on all Thursdays. Students are not allowed to wear low waist pants &
skirts in the school.

TRANSPORT CIRCULAR ( 2017-18 )
