*The Annual Pass will include complimentary rounds – (8) Platinum, (4) Silver, and
(2) Young Executive, plus an additional (10) $77 guest passes with enrollment by
December 15th with a $1500 down payment. The remaining amount is due by April 1, 2017.
(No complimentary rounds will be given after December 15th.)
*PLATINUM Pass Holders may golf any time the course is open. SILVER and YOUNG EXECUTIVE Pass Holders
may golf Sunday through Thursday any time, and Friday, Saturday & Holidays after 1pm.

HARBOR SHORES ANNUAL PASS APPLICATION AGREEMENT
I agree to abide by all rules and regulations now in effect at Harbor Shores and any amendments thereto which may be made from time to
time. If I relinquish my usage of Harbor Shores before the end of the season I understand that I will not be entitled to a refund. I hereby
acknowledge that the use of the facilities of Harbor Shores and any privilege or service incident to membership is undertaken with knowledge
of risk of possible injury. I hereby accept any and all risk of injury to myself, my family and my guests sustained while using said facilities or
while involved in any event or activity incident at Harbor Shores. I agree to release and shall hold the owner, any manager of the facilities, their
affiliates, their successors and assigns and their respective directors, officers, partners, employees, representatives and agents harmless, from
and with respect to any loss, cost or expense suffered or incurred by me, my family or guests arising out of or in any way connected with my
pass at Harbor Shores and/or from any act or omission of any of the foregoing parties.
