ADDITIONAL Record details of new players on Registration Form provided by the Match Secretary and return
PLAYERS: with Score Sheet to Score Recorder. Acceptance in the Grade will be subject to Match Committee approval. Registration
Fees will apply to all new players after three games.
FINALS: To be eligible to play finals, a player must take part in at least 50% of matches in their team. Walkovers count as a qualifying
match. In finals, sub players must come from the same grade or below and not be involved in finals themselves.
If unsure of any of the rules and regulations, please contact the Match Committee!
SUBSTITUTE PLAYERS: Substitute players must come from a lower grade. i.e. A3 player may sub for A2 player.
THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY OBSERVED. Any breach of this rule will result in the loss of points for all games the
substitute has competed in. If in doubt contact the match committee for further clarification.
SCORE SHEETS: Are to be given to the DUTY OFFICER at the end of play.
HOME SIDE: First named team on the fixture will be regarded as the home team. Both teams will be responsible for setting up and
putting away tables, etc.
WALKOVERS: If a player is unable to play, he/she must contact the oposing captain or a member of the grade supervisor.
COMMENCING TIME: All matches to start by 7:15 pm sharp. If first rubber is not commencedrd by 7:30 pm then that rubber shall be
forfeited.
