A game for 2-4 players, ages 3 & up
Race to win while balancing your egg on the spoon.
Don't drop the egg! It will crack and you will lose.
A fabulous party game! Fun for all ages!
To play:
Decide on a starting line and a finish line. It is best if these are about 10 feet apart, for younger children.
For older players, they can be farther apart. String, yarn or rope work well to mark these lines.
All players choose a color egg and spoon. Put a beanbag “yolk” inside your egg, and close the eggshells. Balance
the egg on your spoon, hold your spoon in one hand and stand behind the starting line. A game leader shouts,
“One, two, three, go”! All players hurry to reach the finish line while balancing their eggs.
Winning the game:
The first player to reach the finish line without dropping his/her egg is the winner!
Remember, you can only use one hand to balance the egg on the spoon!
Game variations:
All players have to hop on one foot!
All players must walk backwards!
All players must turn in circles toward the finish line!
