You will organize workshops and
training sessions in small groups in
every project phase. These sessions will
enable an efficient and smooth design,
implementation, go live and post go
live. You will ensure that the suitable
documentation on the OM Partners
Solution and planning processes is
made available. You will guide the (key)
users during the testing phase as well
as during execution of the new planning
cycle. You will pay special attention to
the user experience and ensure that the
most user-friendly screens, reports and
dashboards are made available to the
planner. You will coach the planners in
their daily work and train new planners.

for planning & coaching consultants.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Planning and Coaching Consultant
you will guide the customer during the
entire project. You will ensure optimal
usage of the OM Partners Solution after
the project has been implemented in
line with the business objectives of the
customer.
You will coach the customer through the
complete project cycle. By organizing
workshops and trainings you will
empower the customer to participate
in an optimal way. You will assist the
customer in executing the new planning
cycle with the OM Partners Solution in
an effective and efficient manner. You
will embed the new way of working in the
daily work of the planners. Your focus
will be on assisting the customer to
achieve the expected project benefits.

Training skills:
• facilitate trainings and workshops

Supply chain planning experience and
working with APS planning tools are a
plus.
