of leadership like Executive Board.
- Example: Fundraiser Chair will be more comfortable moving
onto Treasurer
• But this does not limit what you want to run for
• Start small before you move onto the big league if you are not
confident!

going to approved meetings and events!

them and tell them about what Circle K is all about
• Be a role model that you would want

- See how they’re doing, if they have any questions
- Introduce yourself and show them the ropes around your club
- What makes your club unique?
- What do you like about your club?
- Show them what you learned today!

Think of Icebreakers for the meeting!
- Ice breakers are easy and fun ways to get new members to feel involved
- They can range from introduction to personal bonding
- There is a from small to big group of icebreakers, depending on
how close you want your members to bond
- Fun introductive ones would include
- 2 Truth 1 Lie
- Rock Paper Scissor Posse
- Team Building
- Human Knot
- Charade
- Pancho

- Executive Board should always communicate with general members
- Find out what they enjoyed about the previous meeting!
- What can you do to make the meetings more enjoyable?
- What events does everyone enjoy?
- Maybe find more events similar to that!
