April/May: Refreshed Solicitation will issue to afford potential new firms ability to offer IPS. 10 Identity Protection Services (IPS) POC All questions, comments, and feedback associated with this project (once formally issued for comment) should be forwarded to: [email protected] 11 SIN 871-7:Construction Management and Engineering Consulting Services Related to Real Property Services currently include construction management specifically pertaining to real property with construction, design, and management expertise such as a construction manager who serves as the professional advisor or principal agent responsible for oversight and management of a project regardless of the project delivery method used. Construction management services include, but are not limited to, design phase support, procurement support, commissioning services, testing services, construction claims support, and postconstruction engineering services. Initiative established by Schedule 03FAC: Establishment of “Repair and Renovation” services. Because construction management services is a “fit” - Consider moving services from PSS. 12 871-7 Project Milestones February-March 2017: Research and ongoing discussions with Region 6 (owner of 03FAC). Region 6 will conduct research of SINs based on NAICs code 236220 March 2017: Joint (PSHC/R6) Telephone meeting to be held with schedule holders supporting construction management services on 3/1 or 3/2.
