Team Official Registration/Risk Management
 Must be completed by all Team Managers
▪ Manager registration occurs through your own GotSoccer account (not
your child’s).
▪ Risk Management completion may be required by EPYS.
 Child abuse and background check clearances required of all
Managers, Treasurers and Coaches.
▪ US Club (ECNL/NPL) – New clearance procedures.
▪ Returning USYS Officials – Last year’s clearances are still valid

Academy, Pre-Academy, ECNL & NPL – 3 or 4 sessions/week
Schedule is posted on CFC website
Fall & spring - grass fields used
New! Lights installed at Caln Park West (prolonged use at lower cost)
Winter – older teams scheduled on outdoor USTC turf through CFC bulk contract
Winter – younger teams train indoors at Main Line Sports Center
Additional sessions scheduled directly by Team Manager or Coach
East Teams


Proving Grounds turf facility used year-round

Indoor League
U8-U14 league registration should have been completed.
Club pays primary carding and certain Cup qualifying league registration fees.
** Registration frequently occurs months in advance so be aware! **
Week Before:
 Contact opposing team
- Confirm game time and field location/directions
- Review uniform color team will be wearing
Primary Kit (wear whenever possible) – Black
Secondary Kit – White
 Communicate directions, uniform and arrival time to
team
- Always bring both uniforms (recommended)
- Arrive 15 minutes before warm-up time (recommended)
- Arrange for team bench and tent if necessary
Prior to Kick-Off:

Introduce yourself to opposing Team Manager and Referee.

Exchange rosters with Team Manager and check player passes (per
league rules).

Record referee’s name and pay officials (must be cash & exact
amount). You split fees with opposing team (varies with league).

Ensure parents are on opposite side of field from team.

Following Game:

Confirm final score and any reported injuries or cards with referee.

Thank referee for time. (Nice idea for players to thank as well.)

NEVER discuss officiating.

Complete online game report within 24 hours (fines imposed).
 Home team’s responsibility. PAGS is phone-in, and Delco is on-line.
