“My Chair is a Ball” Contract
1) Movements should not disturb others.
2) Keep your bottom on the ball and feet on the floor.
3) Bouncing allowed during “bounce breaks” only.
4) Respect your ball. Others’ balls are off limits.
5) No hitting, poking, kicking, high bouncing, rolling, throwing,
bumping, falling off of, writing on, etc.
6) Keep your stability ball safe from sharp objects.
7) Keep your ball at your desk (its home), unless directed to move it.
8) You are responsible for the well-being of your stability ball. Our balls
are quality “anti-burst” balls, therefore, if found at fault for the
“popping” of the ball, the cost to replace shall be $15.
Consequences:
Breaking any of the above rules = 1 week off of the ball
[If any of the rules are broken when a substitute teacher is present, the consequence will be 2 weeks off the ball.]
THERE ARE NO WARNINGS!!!

at all times. I understand that these rules apply no matter what teacher
is present in the room. If I break one of the rules, I understand that I
will be unable to sit on my ball for 1 week. I will accept this
consequence - no questions asked.
