n will be done in an outdoor kitchen adjacent to a refrigerated truck on Friday,
December 2, 2016. Your meat will be assigned out of the truck. Each team will have one and one-half
hours on the schedule below to prepare your meat entries and kasher your cooking utensils. Once
prepared, the meats will be placed back in the refrigerated truck and be under the supervision of a
Saturday evening when Shabbat ends.
