Boys Hockey - The Boden Trophy
Will be played this weekend (12-14 May). The U/15 team, will be managed by Fabien
Gregory and will start their tournament on Friday at Trinity House (Rand Park Ridge)
Players must be at the school at 06:15, breakfast will be provided between 06:30 and 07:00.
Buses leave at 07:00 and will return around 17:15.
After Fridays matches, depending on how well the teams plays, the students will be told
where they will be playing on Saturday. The school will email the fixtures and game times
to parents as soon as they become available.
Boys Hockey - The Aitken Trophy
Will be played this weekend (12-14 May). The 1st Team, will be managed by Tebogo
Moepye and will start their tournament on Friday at St John’s College. Players must be at
the school at 06:15, breakfast will be provided between 06:30 and 07:00. Buses leave at
07:00 and will return around 18:00.

Derby Day
On Saturday 27 May our Netball, Rugby and Hockey teams will take on St Peter’s at Redhill
in what has become a very exciting and fun filled day. This is the only compulsory sporting
fixture and all students are expected to turn out to support our teams.
Rugby and Netball will be played at Redhill, while boys and girls Hockey will be played at
the MCC grounds. Matches will be played at the following times

Hockey
All matches will be played at the MCC Sports Club. The games will start at 8:00.
Junior teams are expected to support the 1st teams. At the end of all matches,
busses will transport students to the Outspan facility to watch the Rugby and
Netball.
Netball
All matches will be played at the Outspan facility. The games will start at 8:00. The
final game of the day will be the 1st Netball match and will start at 12:30. All
students are expected to support the 1st team.
Rugby
All matches will be played at the Outspan facility. The first matches will begin at
9:00, with the 1st team playing at 11:15. All students are expected to stay and
support the 1st team.
All supporters who are not playing sport are expected to be at the Outspan facility
at 10:30
