Transcript Report
The report will show the administrator a print out of all training taken by the teachers at the school site. This report will
be broken down by teacher and can be run for any period of time. There are several reasons this report could be useful:





Title I Audit Box documentation
Professional Development Protocol Review documentation
Verification for professional development needed for the PDP
Florida Innovates Technology report data
Other survey or audit documentation
Steps to run the Report
Click on the Administration Tab at the top of the PGS screen.
Click on the Reporting link under Applications.
The screen that you see next depends on how many reports have been pulled and saved before. If reports have not
been saved or if this is the first time pulling a report, click on the Create Report button in top left side of the screen.
The window below will appear. The module you wish to run the report on is Course Management so no change needs
to be made in the top box. Using the drop down menu choices for the second box, select the report for the module,
change Attendance Report to User Transcript. Click the Next button.
The screen below should be what appears on the screen. The only change that needs to be made here is to select the
school using the drop down menu. In most cases, administrators only have access to one school site. Therefore there
will be only one choice for this area. However, if you do have access to more than one school site, all will be listed as a
choice. Click the Next button.
The next screen has multiple areas that need to be addressed.
Roster Status
Uncheck all except Completed.
Credit Types
Can be left as it shows
Started on or After
This date would probably be the beginning of the school year. For PDP professional development this date would be
06/01/2012.
Ended Before
This date would be the day after your last date of the run period. If running a report for the whole school year then this
date would be 05/01/2013.
Click the Next button.
Click on the Done button to show the report.
Saving the Report
There are now two options for keeping the report. It can be printed out or saved electronically. Some reports will be too
long to print and may be saved on a flash drive or on the computer for future reference. All choices for saving and
printing can be found in the top right corner above the report.
Printer-friendly display
This allows you to print this report without all of the internet items that take up space and ink. The report will print out
by teacher.
Download PDF-Landscape/Download PDF-Portrait
This provides a clean copy of the report saved as a PDF. This report can be printed from this copy if desired. The report
will print out by teacher.
Download CSV/TSV
This brings the data out of the report into an Excel file. From this the user can manipulate the data as needed for other
survey and report information. This report will print out any way the user creates it in Excel. (A good basic knowledge of
Excel is recommended for this version.)
