Home Run Ministries is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving home schooled
families in Northeast Houston with academic, enrichment, testing, and apprentice

COMPLETE THE ONLINE CLASS SELECTIONS (homerunministries.com), PRINT THE
MEDICAL FORM and RETURN TO

YOU WILL BE INVOICED FOR THE NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEES.
POSTMARKED FORMS NO LATER THAN August 15, 2016 (December 15, 2016 for Spring
only). Each class size is limited; once a class has filled, the name of your student will be
put on a waiting list for that class in the order your medical release and payment are
received. You will receive a supply list from the teacher prior to the beginning of classes as
applicable. These classes are for students in the grades specified in the course

FEES:
Registration fee (non-refundable) is $60/child or $70/family for each semester. A
$20 discount is applied if registering before July 1, 2016 (November 15, 2016 for Spring).
A $25 change fee will be applied if changes are made to the student’s schedule after
August 15, 2016 (December 15, 2016 for the Spring). Heather Farrell will invoice you for
the tuition and any supply fees. At least half of the course tuition and fees will be due by
August 31, 2016 (January 15, 2017 for Spring), and the remainder must be paid by
October 31, 2016 (March 15, 2017 for Spring). There is a $15 late tuition payment fee.
TUITION = $125 per semester for 1.5-hour/week classes, $250 per semester for 3-hour/week
classes. Please check Explorations Supplies List for required books and supplies.
