Welcome ~ Parents/Carers and Children
The Fun begins with Rye – Assic Aventure Park so much to do in one location, this activity dose
include food, such as Hot Dog, Beef Burgers, crisps and Fizzy drink, a game of Mini Golf, with a
fun house exclusive. We will only be open from the Tuesday-to-Friday as Monday is a Bank
Holidays.
Events
As you will see from the programme below, our events this May Half Term are brought back by
demand by the children. Cineworld, Quasar, and fun arts and craft things to do.
Conditions for Use of Sticky Fingers: Parents/Carers are reminded of
the following:

*Parents/Carers, please note that the discounted 4 day rule only applies if the booking forms and
deposit are returned within the specified time frame for each half term {see deadline date in
booking section below}.
Booking:
Parents/Carers are reminded that booking forms for half term should be returned fully completed
no later than 13.05.16, please ensure that you have specified which days you require by circling
the “Yes” to attend for the day and “No” if your child is not attending for the day. PLEASE NOTE:
Any days you tick “Yes” for, you will be required to pay for, even if your child does not
attend as a place is being held for your child/children
Payment:
Parents/Carers have a few choices of methods to pay by, cash or via debit card there are no
additional charges if you choose to pay by card machine, however you can pay direct online,
account details available upon request. £10 Deposit must be paid with the booking form to secure
the place and the full amount should be paid on Tuesday morning prior to the child’s attendance

at Sticky Fingers. Failure to complete final payment will result in your child being taken off the
attendance list and will not be allowed to attend on the days required. This is to try and keep
administration work down to a minimum, as in the past it has been very difficult trying to chase
parents/carers for fees.
Pack Lunches:
Parents/Carers; whilst Sticky Fingers provides a small snack at 4pm for all children ~ can you
please ensure that you provide an adequate and nutritional lunch for your child/children which will
last the full day of attendance.
Safety:
Parents/Carers a continual reminder that children must have a Hi-Tec Yellow jacket for their own
safety. As usual Sticky Fingers are happy to loan one from their own supply as a cost of £1 per
day, per child. You may of course purchase one at a cost of £5, please place your request
directly with me.
Please note ~ all Sticky Fingers owned jackets are individual numbered and marked.
Opening Time:
Sticky Fingers is open from 8am Monday to Friday; breakfast is served between 8am and no later
than 9.30am, should your child be arriving after this time please ensure that you had breakfast the
most important meal of the day! Please note that on days when your children is attending a trip or
event offsite that they arrive promptly at 9.00am. We will be leaving S/F at 10.00am every day.
Collection Time:
Parents/Carers please ensure that your child/children are collected promptly and certainly no later
than 6pm {unless otherwise stated i.e. trip days}. You are reminded that late collection will incur a
penalty charge of £5 per 5 minutes to cover the costs incurred by the late collection.
