Proceeds from the race allow the Chamber to continue to carry out its mission: “To promote and
encourage the economic growth and development of the Wilmington/Tewksbury business community
by connecting member businesses with local residents, government officials and each other in order
to advance economic, civic & social welfare and overall quality of life.”
Also, a portion of the proceeds are re-invested back into the community in the form of college
scholarships for students and community donations.
