



Physical activity in high
school decreases each
year.
High School sports report
an annual average around
1,442,533 injuries.
Program
Description



Teach groups of youth
soccer players on injury
prevention and proper
dieting for an athlete.
Lessons consist of
warming-up, stretching,
nutrition, and
conditioning.
A baseline test of physical
strength and flexibility at
beginning of program and
at end to show
improvements as well as
an overall evaluation.
Goals

down is and the
benefits from doing the
two while being active.

To teach the kids why
conditioning is
important to being in
athletics

Teach about the most
common injuries on a
sports field.
Increase the
knowledge of injury
prevention for youth
athletes
Increase fitness level
of youth athletes
