The McGrath Foundation is able to provide select merchandise items on a consignment basis (ie
payment is not due at time of order). You must send payment for items sold at your event or return
the stock to us immediately following the event. Consignment merchandise orders are shipped based
on availability and are subject to approval. The following list pricing indicates sale price.

have a CE number OR be applying to register your event to be eligible to order merchandise on
consignment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
An invoice and remittance slip will be sent with the consignment merchandise order indicating the
total amount due. All unsold merchandise and/or money for consignment merchandise must be
remitted within 4 weeks of the completion of the fundraising event. Money received for consignment
merchandise which is being sold on an ongoing basis (ie wristband and trolley token key ring display
boxes) must be remitted every 3 months, starting from the date on your invoice. An alternative
payment schedule may be made and must be confirmed in writing by the McGrath Foundation. All
merchandise delivered remains the property of the McGrath Foundation until paid in full.
