If a team must withdraw from the event, they are entitled to a refund. If cancellation is prior to November 1, the team
will receive a full refund. Players cancelling on or after November 1 may be refunded at the discretion of the Tournament
Committee based on proximity to the first round, waiting list, reason for cancellation, and/or ability to substitute.
