Presets and Plug-ins
Presets
A preset is a saved set of Lightroom instructions.
The preset will do many steps with one click.
In the Develop module, there are develop presets.
To use a preset, just click on it.
Plug-ins
Plug-ins are programs that operate outside of the Lightroom program.
1) Gets a file from Lightroom.
2) Performs an action on the file, such as converting to black and white.
3) Sends the file back to Lightroom, or to another location.
