previously Board-approved for 2016-17. Ms. Bowens and Ms. Rodi were unable to fulfill
summer coaching duties due to unforeseen circumstances.

ENCLOSURE B – Middle School Baseball Camp, Summer 2017
The Board approved for current Baseball Coaches to be paid 80% of revenues earned
(per coach - David Langston, Steve Garrett, Walter Myers) for conducting baseball camp
June 12-14, 2017, with the remaining 20% for the program. Camp registration fees will
cover all benefit costs for the coaches as well.
ENCLOSURE C – Overnight, Out-of-State Field Trip Request
The Board approved Florence High School chorus students traveling to Disney World in
Orlando, Florida, November 28-December 3, 2017, to perform in Disney’s Candlelight
Processional at Epcot Center.
ENCLOSURE D – Corrections to 2017-18 Salary Schedule
The Board approved corrections to the teachers’ salary schedule as presented.
