Guidelines for Development of your 4-H Timeline • 4-H Educators in a 3 or more-staff county (100%) – A minimum of 136 days should be included for the year. • FCS or AG Educators in a 3-staff county (90/10%) – AG/FCS audiences (122 days) and 4-H/Youth audience (14 days). • FCS or AG Educators in a 2-staff county (50/50%) – AG/FCS audiences (68 days) and 4-H/Youth audience (68 days).
