Championship Show Specifications Change Proposals
It is the right of every member of the Trillium Hunter Jumper Association to propose
amendments to the Championship Show Specifications.
Submissions must be received by March 1st for consideration and possible implementation in the
following year.
All submissions will be reviewed by the THJA Board of Directors at the March meeting. Zone
representatives will consult with their membership throughout the season. Proposed changes will
be posted and open for membership feedback. Members are encouraged to read the proposed
changes and make comments/suggestions via their zone reps for the THJA Board of Directors to
consider.
The THJA Board of Directors will formally discuss and consider the pertinent comments,
suggestions, and observations at the October meeting and will finalize the specs for the following
year at this meeting. The changes will be highlighted, and published by January 1st.

Please note that the THJA only oversees the Trillium Championship Show Specifications. Non
core divisions or classes are reviewed at the Zone Level of the organization. Please contact your
Zone Representatives for information about those divisions/classes.
