Don’t be too shy to ask, “Have you always gone by this name?” Search EI Database For Duplicate Accounts Here are two patrons with DoB: 2001-09-17. One with a middle name the other a middle initial. This is a potential duplicate account. 2007-08-29 is another potential duplicate: no middle names listed. In some cases, patrons don’t have middle names and that could be noted on the patron’s account for future reference.
