1. ELIGIBILITY: The Cincinnati Bengals VIP Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of
Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana who are 18 years of age or older as of as of 8/1/16. Employees of Proctor &
Gamble (“Sponsor”), The Cincinnati Bengals, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and
internet agencies (collectively "Released Parties") and their immediate family members and/or those living
in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Void where prohibited by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 AM ET on 8/8/16 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on
12/25/16 (“Sweepstakes Period”).


ENTRY PROCESS: During the Sweepstakes Period, you must enter via the Cincinnati Bengals & Sponsor
website. Submit your entry to [email protected]. During the entry registration
process, you must submit an essay; winners will be selected based on the submitted essay. No
Purchase is Necessary.
A Sponsor’s employee will select one (1) winner for each of the nine (9) Cincinnati Bengals home
games listed below out of all eligible entries received, on or around the date listed in the “Selection”
column below. If not selected, eligible entries will remain eligible for remaining Cincinnati Bengals
games (if applicable).

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor will not be
responsible for late, lost, misdirected, illegible, postage-due or late entries.
Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or electronic malfunctions
of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled
or delayed electronic communications, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or
utilized in this Sweepstakes that may limit the ability to play or participate, or by any human error that
may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. If for any reason, (including infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause
beyond the control of Sponsor, that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or
proper conduct of this Sweepstakes), the electronic portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of being
conducted as described in these rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online
and the drawing will be conducted from among all mail in entries received and all eligible automatic
entries received prior to termination.
3. ESSAY SELECTION: A winner will be selected based on the essay written during the entry process.
4. PRIZE: 9 Prize Winners: Each Winner shall receive admission for Winner and three (3) guests to attend a
Cincinnati Bengals home football game on a sponsor-specified date (August 2016-January, 2016) at Paul
Brown Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio. (Approximate Retail Value: $300 per prize). Winner and Guests will
be required to show photo ID upon arrival at the event. No transportation or hotel accommodations are
included as part of the prize. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure
to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or
stolen event tickets. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement or cancellation of the event or issues
arising from venue operation and management. In the event the event (or any portion of the event) is
cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu
thereof. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one (1) Prize per
person or household.
5. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Prize Winner will be selected to win the Grand Prize. Grand Prize includes a player
appearance and a Who-Dey appearance at a community service event in 2017.
6. GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to complete and return a Prize Acceptance
Form/Release of Liability within 5 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) of attempted delivery
of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable
will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will may be selected, time
permitting. Winner’s guest (and parent/legal guardian if guest is a minor in his/her state of residence)
must also complete and return a Release of Liability within 5 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and
Holidays) of winner’s attempted notification. If a minor is selected as a guest, winner must be his/her
parent/legal guardian. Verified Winners will be notified by phone/email. No substitution or transfer of
prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All
applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance/use of prize
not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of
prizes be awarded. Entrants/winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from

and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused) arising out of
participation and/or acceptance/use of prize, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’
decisions, which are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to
use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation,
including a winner’s list, unless prohibited by law. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class
action. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements
contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official
Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in
the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor
assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail
filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail
account to receive e-mail.
Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. If an entrant submits
more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant
attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple addresses, card registrations, identities or any
other method, all entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void. Any entries which are
suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods
of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Any person who
supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation
of these rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit any prize won and will be prosecuted to the fullest
extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual/account holder if
fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual/account holder fails to comply with any requirement of
participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Consumer data will not be
shared and will be used for sweepstakes and prize fulfillment purposes only.

The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures,
L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, NFL International LLC, and each of their
respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees
(collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection
with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or
sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.
