PLAY TIME CHILDREN’S TOILET CUBICLES RANGE SPECIFICATIONS
DESCRIPTION
Play Time is a striking young children’s toilet cubicle range aimed at small children of Key Stage 1
and below. The system is available in 3 attractive primary colour finishes with non-threatening, softly
styled doors and panels and safe ‘non-finger-trap’ hinges.
Reduced height partitions offer a bright and spacious feeling whilst retaining privacy. Play Time has
no sharp edges or corners and is offered in 3 colours - Blue, Red & Yellow. Additional transfers are
available (Sea, Flowers & Jungle) which help to create a more fun and creative environment for
young children.
Play Time has reduced height partitions and doors for ease of sight to supervise young children and
has no need for head rail.
Play Time is often used where there is a need for a cost effective young children’s toilet cubicle
solution coupled with colour variety and durability. The 18mm melamine faced chipboard (MFC)
material and heavy duty furniture and fixings used ensure performance. The surface can be easily
cleaned using water, offering long life and ease of maintenance.
SPECIFICATION
DOORS: Impact resistant melamine bonded to moisture resistant chipboard core EN-312-5 (ps)
with an overall thickness 18mm. 2mm PVC edging is applied to exposed edges. The trimmed door
edge then slots into the full-length hinge channel.
PARTITIONS: The one piece partitions can be trimmed to the length required (if not ordered
bespoke) and all trimmed edges are then concealed in full-length channels.
PILASTERS: Supplied 1300mm High, 300mm Wide. Manufactured from impact and moisture
resistant MFC and 2mm matching edges. Optional transfers are also available.
CUBICLE HARDWARE: Aluminium epoxy powder coating available in matching colours Red,
Yellow and Blue as standard. This is supplied as a complete hardware pack and includes smiley
face indicator lock, support foot, coat hook, toilet roll holder and fixings to complete the installation.
Cubicle hardware and channel all supplied in the same colour.
COLOUR RANGES: Blue, Red and Yellow.
CUBICLE FOR SPECIAL NEEDS: Commercial Washrooms Toilet Cubicles are provided to a
standard layout; all doors open inwards and are hung on the left hand side, unless specified
otherwise when ordering.
Cubicle size is determined from drawings and information provided by the customer. Disabled
special needs cubicles with outward opening doors must be specified at the time of estimate.
Modifications or additions to the estimate will be treated as a separate enquiry.
