Welcome Information and Contract 2014
Please read your full contract and welcome pack. It is necessary to understand what will be happening with your session.
Times and Dates will only be booked after the Contract, retainer fee and questionnaire are received.
I am so excited that you are interested in working with me. I just love repeat and new clients. Below you will find my
contract, and expectations for a session. I am currently offering 3 different baby plans, as well as family and children
sessions. I am no longer portfolio building so there is no wiggle room in pricing, nor am I offering weddings, indoor
venues, in home (other than newborn.) or corporate pictures of any form. However, if you are looking for any of these
services, please let me know and I will send you a list of local photographers who would be happy to assist you.
It answers the “what do I wear?” questions. I even have a few special treats hidden in here for you. So sit back, read
through it and then prepare to have a fantastic session with Laurie Endsley Photography.
I typically book weekends 2~3 months in advance. So it is always better to get you on the books ASAP. (Or at least get
a month pinned down) I book weekdays three or four weeks in advance. If you are expecting a new bundle of joy, it is
best to book at least 3 months before your due date for a guaranteed session date.
There will be sneak peak on Facebook approximately 2-4 days after your session. Within 15 business days you should
receive your digital images.
Please be sure to read your contract thoroughly.
Before your session
Feel free to send me any combinations and ideas that you have either to my email, text, or Facebook me. Be sure to
include your name in your text so that I know which file to add it to. Your contract and questionnaire MUST be received
PRIOR to your session. Go through your house and look for where you want to hang your pictures, what walls do you
want to walk by and have great images of your family. First time clients MUST mail a 10% retainer along with your
paper work. The questionnaire is for the client’s benefit, it helps to organize the upcoming session. For your

At your Session
Please, please make sure that you are on time. A little early is ok too. Timing is so important when doing outdoor
sessions. There is a window of opportunity both in the morning and in the evening when the daylight is at “golden
hour.” We want to make sure that we get the best lighting. Billed time begins at the agreed upon shooting time.
I will try to do every combination of family members, if there is a certain dynamic or combinations that you want please
let me know ASAP.
If you have images and combinations that you MUST have PLEASE fill out the questionnaire or write it in the notes
section of your contract. Please understand that I cannot guarantee certain poses or groupings.
After your Session.
The client is irresponsible for picking out the images they are wanting from each session. They can do this at
http://laurieendsley.instaproofs.com/store/. This is run by a third party and is shut down after 30 days; clients may use
my client code in order to receive the gift prints that come with your session. Within 15 business days of your session
you will receive a Facebook image to share and a CD of digital images in the mail.
What to Wear
The simple answer is to be you only dressier. Oh, and layers. Necklaces, Cardigans, Scarves. You can take them off, put
them on and change looks in 2 seconds flat.

Your Online Gallery
Your online gallery can be found at http://laurieendsley.instaproofs.com/store/
The number of images in your online gallery may be larger than the number of digital images. You are free to share
your gallery with friends and family. The client is responsible for the password for each gallery. If you do not provide
the photographer with a password, no password will be applied. The professional prints that are a gift with your session
MUST be chosen BEFORE your gallery closes. The client will purchase, through the online gallery. You may purchase
any image from your gallery in any size. If you are interested in receiving one of the images in your gallery you may
purchase the digital files for $20 an image. Request must be made before the gallery closes to the Photographer at
[email protected].
Sessions
(These are the current prices. Laurie Endsley photography reserves the right to change prices without notice.)
Portrait Session: $300- family, maternity, children, engagements, or just because type sessions. 20 digital files of the
artist’s favorite images. 15 images printed professionally as 4x6 are chosen by the client from an online gallery after the
session as a gift from the photographer. (Preferred clients $275)
Beginning to end Baby: $1625- Announcement, gender reveal, maternity, newborn, sit, stand, one year. Full sessions
for announcement, gender reveal, maternity and one year session, a newborn session, and mini sessions for both the
sit and stand milestones. Digital files are given accordingly. Digital of the artist’s favorite images.
Getting ready for Baby: $1325- maternity, newborn, sit, stand, one year. A full portrait session for maternity and one
year session, a newborn session, and mini sessions for both the sit and stand milestones. Digital files are given
accordingly. Digital of the artist’s favorite images.
Newborn Session: $525-20 digital images These sessions usually last for 2-4 hours. Leaving plenty of room for feeding,
cuddling and changing baby. It is a relaxed session either with lifestyle posing or props. Details are dependent on
momma and baby’s needs. 20 digital of the artist’s favorite images. 15 images printed professionally as 4x6 are chosen
by the client from an online gallery, after the session as a gift from the photographer.
Baby’s First Milestones: $1175- newborn, sit, stand, one year- A full portrait session for one year, a newborn session,
and mini sessions for both the sit and stand milestones. Digital files are given accordingly. Digital of the artist’s favorite
images. (Preferred clients locked in package and plan)
Second location fee: $25
Travel Fee: $50

Chargeable Time
Chargeable time is time the Photographer uses in order to determine the final price of the photography session.
Chargeable time begins when Photographer arrives at the agreed upon location of the photography session and ends
when both parties agree that the photography session is over. Payments will be made at the beginning of Chargeable
time. Chargeable time begins at the previously agreed upon time for meeting.
Cancellation Policy
The Photographer will make every effort to accommodate postponements as long as there are no scheduling conflicts.
Notice of Copyright and Reproduction
All images and copyrights are the property of The Photographer. The Photographer retains the right to sell, copy,
display, and/or publishes any/all images created under this agreement, to the general public, for any reason, including
but not limited to: advertising, marketing, sales, print competitions, educational seminars, and monetary gain. The
mediums for display could include newspapers, magazines, books, television, and the Internet, but are not limited to
only those mediums. The Photographer retains these rights even if image files are turned over to the Client. Your
session fee covers time and talent of photographer only. Prints include in the session are considered a gift to the client.
Completion of Photographs
The Client understands that under normal circumstances portraits will be available within 15 business days after the
date of the photography session. Proofs shall be made via CD and mailed to client. Under normal circumstances, the
minimum expected edited and enhanced photographs will be available for The Client. However the Photographer
cannot guarantee the exact number of available quality images.
Limitations for Client’s Usage
The Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof
by parties other than The Photographer. It is a violation of Federal Copyright Law to allow photographs created by The
Photographer to be digitally reproduced, copied or scanned without written permission. Any use for general public or
for monetary gain will be considered copyright infringement. The Client must obtain written permission and
compensate The Photographer prior to The Client or their friends and family publishing or selling the photographs for
profit.
Limited Liability
If The Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God or of the Nature
or other cause beyond the control of the parties involved (including inclement weather), or due to illness of The
Photographer, then any deposit will be returned to The Client but The Photographer shall have no further civil or
criminal liability with respect to the agreement. If The Client wishes, another sitting can be scheduled. This limitation on
liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera
malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of The Photographer. In such cases
of outside circumstances, The Photographer is not liable and The Client shall only be entitled to a refund of their
deposit and sitting fee (if paid to The Photographer).
Additional
The Photographer is not an archivist. After 30 days, the Photographer can no longer keep, hold or maintain your
images. Any image at this point not included in your CD is unavailable. All issues involving reshooting, additional
images, etc. need to be addressed within two weeks of receiving your images and 30 days after your session. After this
date the session is considered closed. And a new session (with fee) must be booked in order to change or reshoot
certain images. The Photographer reserves the right to refuse and refund certain clients at the Photographer’s
discretion.

If cancellation is necessary, photographer must be given 48 hours warning and client my reschedule once. Deposit is
nonrefundable.
