Complete the application in full, sign and date.
Provide $35 application fee (if not cash, payable to Relevant Services) NO PERSONAL CHECKS
Provide no less than 4 recent pay stubs.
Provide additional proof of income (SSI/SSD, DHS, Foodstamps, Alimony…)
Provide bank statements (3) for any direct deposit income which cannot be verified other than by direct
deposit.
Make and provide legible copies of driver’s license and social security cards.
Provide moving packet if sec 8 housing.
Pet fee is $250.00 per animal nonrefundable and with approval of Owner.
One time cleaning charge of $150.00 due at move in.
DO NOT PROVIDE ORIGINALS AS THEY WILL NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON
$650.00 holds property for up to 2 weeks ONLY unless otherwise specified by myself. If you do not
move in within that time frame or back out you will forfeit your deposit.
Some properties require water affidavits with minimum deposit of $150.00
1st month plus 1.5 months security deposit (less any deposit) and cleaning fee are due at lease closing.
Upon lease closing you will be required to provide account (not just confirmation numbers) for both
DTE and Consumers so that if either are shut off landlord will be notified.
If the property is in Warren you will be required to fill out the landlord tenant form which informs the city
you are the renter and all fines shall be billed to you directly. Fines include though are not limited to uncut
grass, rubbish in yard, no lids on trash cans, pet waste in yard….
The Move In Check List is due the 1st day of the following month with rents. If you do not return the check
list ON TIME you have no grounds for disputing chargeback items (damages) once you vacate.
Rental Inspections are required annually in most cities. If you are not available for your scheduled
appointment you will be charged the no show fee by the city and it will immediately go on your ledger due
as if it were rent. If unpaid, late fee’s will apply.
Regardless what date you move in rent will always be due on the 1st of the month.
