Young Riders Bike Swap ‘NEW USER” at home
1. Go to: http://swap.twiobrand.com/ (don’t put www. In front)
2. Click on “Create a New Account”
3. Fill out “My Profile form” for username I suggest using your email address
to make it easier for you to remember
a. Email Address field: use an email you want your commission check
emailed to- very important this is correct.
4. Click on “Update Content” when finish
5. Click on “Add New Swap” box
6. Click Browse and Add a photo of yourself- this is for security purposes if you
have to pick up your items at the end of the Bike Swap
7. When finish Click “ Save & Add Item” at the bottom
8. Fill in all the information for your first item.
a. Make & Model- for example Specialized hot rocks
b. High & Low price: High price will be the only price on the tag; the
Swap will drop the price for Sunday if it hasn’t sold. If you don’t want
to drop the price then put the same price in the low as your high.
c. Size field: size of the bike Small, Medium or large. If it’s a kid’s bike
then size is the wheel size for example: 16”, 20” 24”.
d. Donate Field: Click “Yes” if you want Young Riders to donate your
item if it doesn’t sell.
e. Description Field: this information will be on the tag of your Item: So
enter color, condition, and important info.
f. Product Image: Please take a clear picture of the whole item. This is
for security purposes.
g. If you want to ADD another ITEM then click “Save & Add Another
Item” repeat the above information
h. After you’ve entered all your items: Click on “Save & Finish Check in
Process”
9. To FINISH your check in click: “Click Here to Finish and Send
Confirmation Email” You will receive an email confirmation of your items
and other important information, on how you get paid, how do I know if my
item sold, etc..
10. Click “Logout” at the top left of the page
11. Your last step is to actually take all your ITEMS to Jans, or White Pine
Touring: during the drop off dates and during business hours or the YARD
(Behind Blind Dog Restaurant) during drop of dates and times. You will have
a person confirm your drop off and print a label for each of your items.
