RESOLUTION AT AGM
The Jamaat hereby resolves to form a Constitutional Review Team to
review the constitution and report back to the general body where
practicable and at a specific general meeting for this purpose within 2
years.
A team will be formed initially with Br. Riyaz Ladha as the head, and
constituting of Br. Mohamed Dawood, Sis. Zahra Kanani and Sis. Ruba
Noorali. The team will co-opt further members as practicable to make up
the required expertise.

• Reviewed other constitutions including KSI and non KSI organisations
• Considered options for the structure of the organisation
• Reviewed insurance cover specifically in relation to trustee liability cover.
• Looked into options for trustee inclusion and retirement.
