What Do Players Need?
All players must provide certain personal
items, i.e., socks, long underwear, athletic cup,
and mouthpiece, as well as a hockey stick.
You can purchase a hockey stick at the Ice
Chalet counter.
Equipment Rental Available:
All players should wear full hockey equipment. This includes a helmet, facemask,
gloves, elbow pads, shoulder pads, hockey
pants, and shin guards. Those under 21 years
old must wear a facemask. These items can be
rented from the Ice Chalet for $ 50.00/term.

Hockey will not meet Nov. 28 (Adult PU, only),
Dec. 3-9 (Nutcracker week), April 13-14 (ProSkaters),
and April 30-May 5 (RU Competition; Adult PU only
on May 1st).

For children under 5, consider our Tot classes that emphasize
fun and skating skills. Hockey participants must be able to
skate without help.

Skating Skills Classes
Students must register for classes at least one hour before
classes start. Students should arrive 30 minutes before classes
start to check in.
Improve on your overall skating skills -- take both hockey
and skating classes. See our “Learn to Skate” brochure.
By signing below, I acknowledge that my participation in any of the Chalet Ice Rinks’ Hockey Programs
is entirely voluntary and that I have made myself
aware of the safety rules of Chalet Ice Rinks, Inc.
I understand that my participation in any of the
Hockey Programs could involve substantial risk of
bodily injury, property damage, and other dangers
associated with ice skating, and that I will abide by
all the rules and regulations of Chalet Ice Rinks,
Inc., and the instructions given to me by officials and
employees of Chalet Ice Rinks, Inc. I agree that I am
solely responsible for any and all costs arising out of
any bodily injury or property damage sustained by me
through participation in any of the Hockey Programs.
I hereby release and discharge Chalet Ice Rinks,
Inc., its officers, directors, stockholders, agents, and
employees from and against any and all causes of action which I have or may have against the said Chalet
Ice Rinks, Inc., as a result of my participation in any
of the Hockey Programs. I also hereby accept full
responsibility for the proper use and care of rental
skates, equipment, and all other property of Chalet
Ice Rinks, Inc., entrusted to my care during any of the
Hockey Programs.
I acknowledge that I have read this entire document
carefully before signing it and that I fully understand
the meaning of it.
