Fife Coastal Path – North Queensferry to Kinghorn
This is a fundraising event and Sponsorship for your walk will be much appreciated by the RNLI.
There are two ways to do this...


Sponsorship forms are available for you to download and complete. All forms and monies
must be handed in to the steward station at your chosen start point.
Terms & Conditions
 All registered walkers must be fit and able to complete their chosen distance.
 Under 18s MUST be accompanied by an adult.
 You must wear appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for the prevailing weather
conditions.
 Dogs must be kept under control at all times.
 Please be considerate to all users of the Fife Coastal Path.
 In the event of extreme weather conditions, the organisers retain the right to
cancel/postpone the event. We will endeavour to contact all registered walkers via
email/phone details given at registration.
 Please be advised that we may take photographs along the route for publicity purposes.
 The walk route is from North Queensferry to Kinghorn. There will be steward stations at
North Queensferry, Inverkeithing, Dalgety Bay, Aberdour, Burntisland and Kinghorn. All
walkers must start and finish at one of these stations.
 Basic First Aid and drinking water will be available at each steward station.
 You will be given your registration number(s) at your chosen start point and they must be
clearly displayed throughout the event to your chosen finish point.

 Details of car parking, toilets and refreshment stops are available via
www.fifecoastalpath.co.uk Please ensure you only use the designated, clearly signposted,
Coastal Path Parking. N.B. There is no parking at the North Queensferry steward station.
We suggest that you park your car at the end of your chosen walk and take public transport to your
chosen start point. There will be a short walk from the transport stop to the steward station.


Bus route 7 covers the route from Kinghorn to Inverkeithing.

Fancy Dress. Should you, or your children, wish to Dress Up, please use a Seaside theme. There will be
prizes for all those who take part.
We will have a Treasure Hunt available for younger members of your group. Full details will be given at
your chosen start point.
There will be a Yellow Welly Throwing Competition at Aberdour. We will be delighted if you make a
point of stopping and taking part in the fun!!
