Charity Game Organiser: Official Team Contact requesting the event. NOTE: These events can only be
organised by the officially recognised Club Contacts of an Affiliated EIHA Team
Organisers Team: Affiliated EIHA Rec. Team
Beneficial Charity: The Charity who will receive the funds
Method(s) of Raising Funds: Ticket sales, programs, sponsorship etc
Estimate or Target for funds to be raised: from Ticket sales, programs, sponsorship etc
Has this event been held previously: Yes / No
Beneficial Charity from Previous Event & Amount Raised: Required only if answer is ‘yes’ above
Game Date(s): DD/MM/YY
Face-Off Time: 24hr Clock
Age Restrictions: e.g. 18 and over only
Invited/Participating Team/Players: Team Name or List of players names with their Current Team
and League if a team is to be made up of representative players from outside of the Rec Section or if
Guests are requested from outside of the Rec Section – Player lists can be on a separate sheet
Contact name and email of Opposing Team: If this is a Team outside of the Rec Section their League
level, or BUIHA or Scottish League /Rec information must be included
Competition Rules
Rules are as per the current version of the EIHA Rec. Section Rules & Procedures Handbook (Mandatory
Rules), EIHA In-House Rules & the IIHF, with the following Competition Specific Rules as additions:
Mandatory Rules
1) Suspended players are not eligible for Charity Games
2) Charity Games must be logged via the EIHA Rec. Website using ‘Charity Game’ for the Game Type
3) Game Sheets & Rosters must be sent to the EIHA Rec. Section within three days of the fixture.
4) Game Style: All Charity games are Non-Checking
