THE COTO TENNIS CLUBS RULES AND REGULATIONS All player must check-in at the reception desk prior to play. All players must have proper tennis attire on at all times. All league players on teams representing Coto Tennis Club must have current membership. No solicitation of tennis services, including but not limited to selling/buying of tennis racquets, tennis paraphernalia, restringing of racquets, or tennis instruction shall be allowed on premises without approval by management. Violators will be subject to dismissal from the Coto Tennis Club. Outside food is allowed on premises with prior approval from reception. Management will settle court access disputes. Players should report any violation to the management. Only Coto Tennis Club members may reserve courts. Reservations can only be made 3 days in advance. Courts can be reserved for 1 ½ hours for singles or doubles. Only 1 reservation can be made for each day. Guest are limited to 3 visits a year and they must sign in at reception. Reservations can only be made by calling the reception desk during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8am to 4:30pm/Saturday 8am – 12pm) Court Rules Loud, abusive or profane language is not permitted on the tennis court. Players should not yell across other courts. When asked, the match score must be given in an honest and courteous manner. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the Coto Tennis club grounds or parking area. If there is a substitute player in a Double’s match, play may continue on a set by set basis. If no players are waiting after 1 set of Singles or 2 sets of Doubles, play may continue on a set by set basis. 2 player are required to hold a reserved court. Once assigned a court, the player(s) may stay until bumped. Players can then return to the reception desk to obtain another court.
