HOLIDAY HOMEWORK
CLASS I 2015-2016
Dear Parents,
Summer holidays are here again. We are giving some summer assignments for your child to do
at home. These are simple fun activities which the child will enjoy doing- please supervise the
work when it is being done-do not do it for the child. Do keep the following instruction in mind
while supervising the work.
Instructions1. Use only used A4 size sheets to do part of your Hindi, Mathematics, English homework. (Use
page number 2-3 for EVS H.W)
2. English Writing should be done in a four line notebook (60 pages at least).
3. Hindi Writing should be done in a five line notebook (60 pages at least).
ENGLISH1. Read any 4 animal stories. Write their title, draw and colour the character of the stories one
on each page.
2. One page cursive writing daily in a four-lined copy.
HINDI1. Write स्वर अ-आ: in a scrapbook and draw related pictures.
2. व्यंजन क-ह in a scrap book and write two words with each letter.
3. Do one page of सल
ु ेख everyday in a five line notebook.
MATHS1. Use numbers to draw figures and highlight the number used. Below is an example
