Transfer Procedures
(Please read carefully before completing this form)
1. Clubs wishing to transfer a player from another club must give 7 days written notice of intent of approach as
per FA Rule C2
2. Clubs may approach the player from the 8th day from the date of the letter of intent of approach.
3. If the player wishes to transfer, sections 1 and 2 of the transfer form must be completed in full and signed by
the appropriate personnel.
4. The transfer form must then be referred to the club currently holding the players registration, who must
complete section 3 and return to the club wishing to register the player, within seven days, along with the
players current registration card.
5. The completed transfer form must be sent to RESPECTIVE LEAGUE REGISTRAR together with the current
registration card. The player cannot play for his new club until such time as the transfer has been completed
and the new registration card has been issued unless a temporary card has been issued by the league
registrar.
Any dispute regarding the transfer of a player must be referred to the offices of the Nottinghamshire
FA, within seven days of the letter giving notice of intent of approach.
