The listing agent can select one, two or three times that would work for them and then tap “Approve Showing Times.” If no suggested time will work they can choose “Deny/Reschedule.” Showing Confirmed Once an appointment is approved by all parties the confirmation screen will appear. On this screen you can click “Add to Calendar” to add this appointment to their Google Calendar, iCal or Outlook. Showing Request Deny/Reschedule If the initial request is denied by the confirming party then they will be prompted to select up to three times that would work to reschedule the showing. These times are sent back to the agent that requested the appointment for selection and confirmation.
