STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT AW ARD E-APPLICATION
The Student Achievement Award recognizes student contributions in non-performance areas: (i.e. stage manager, stage
crew, light board operator, costume crew, hair & make-up crew, assistant director, assistant choreographer, dance captain,
house manager, company manager, website designer, graphic designer, rehearsal pianist, pit orchestra percussionist,
etc.). Applicants must submit support material. Please include with your material the Support Material Packing Slip.
Please note that you may submit multiple Student Achievement applications, however a maximum of three (3) per school
will become final nominations chosen by Paper Mill Playhouse. Of those three, no more than two individuals and
one crew from each school will be represented.
