Current NISA Membership
Minimum age 15 yrs old to apply, must be 16 yrs old on completion of course
Minimum NISA test pass 1 (Short Track trainees arranged separately)
2 years from the time of application to complete the course (after 2 years your application will
become void, if you then wish to carry on you must re-apply)

Completion of NISA policies and Procedures
Safe Guarding and Protecting Children Workshop – scUK (Sports Coach UK)
First Aid
CRB Check / Disclosure / PVG
Module 2

NISA Information Workshops
Module 3

Mentor Training – Mentor coaches must have a minimum of level 2 coaching qualification.
Module 4

Sport Specific Knowledge and understanding of elements and how to teach them
Module 5

On-Ice Practical Assessment
