children. You also get use of our Party Room which features a

How to book a Birthday Party
1. Fill out Birthday Party Request Form
2. Drop off or mail form with $25 deposit to:
Green Family YMCA 3800 Massillon Rd.
Uniontown, OH 44685
3. YMCA staff will be in contact with you to confirm your date as well as send a
written confirmation in the mail.
4. Once you have received written confirmation, drop off or mail full birthday
party payment. (Payment is due one week before party date.)
5. Day of party: Show up and have a good time!
Dates are on a “first come, first served” basis.
