Travel out of this world and into future earth, the world of Mechanica. This
beautiful, steam-punk inspired picture book for older readers, created by
Brisbane-based illustrator and author Lance Balchin, is an encyclopaedia of
Mechanica creatures with fictional narrative. Participants will learn about the
creative process behind this innovative book and design their own Mechanica
creatures using mixed media.
