Friday 26th May 4.30pm - Little Dragon Jump High Front kick ( max. 3 attempts-must land on feet no other body part touch ground) 5.30pm - Little Dragon Point Stop Sparring (1 x 1 min round per bout) 6. 30pm - Jumping High front kick ( max. 2 attempts-must land on feet no other body part touch ground) 7pm - Poomsae All belts (Must perform your current /Highest pattern) 8.00 pm - Power Breaking –Elbow strike and Side kick( max. 2 attempts) Saturday 27th May 8.45am - Adult Black belt Sparring 10.00 am - All Adult coloured belt sparring 11.00 am -17yr(14-16yrs) divisions 12.30pm - Junior Sparring U 10yrs (if you are 9yrs old or less) 2.30pm - Junior sparring U 14yrs divisions (if you are aged 13yrs or less) Spectator Fees apply and Advice for parking at the venue –P.T.O. for Information Compulsory safety equipment All Competitors in Sparring events must wear ATI Branded or Approved gear as outlined below, failure to comply will result in disqualification. Mouthguard, Shin and instep protector or shin and foot boots (Soft padded type-which cover the whole shin and of the top, side & rear foot and toes), Head guard WTf style, ITF style or amateur boxing style, Groin guards (Males compulsory) Gloves-(semi contact style , or Boxing gloves (no hand wraps) and no bag mitts- fingers and thumbs must be fully enclosed- with thumbs well-padded preferably Boxing glove style. Forms are due on 13th May . A $5 late fee will apply for any forms submitted after this date. With the final cut off for all forms on 22nd May . Head Kick = 3 pts, Body Kick = 2 pts , Head or Body Punch/Back fist or Ridge hand =1 pt 1 pt Deducted for Falling down, grabbing , pushing , holding, excessive contact includes wild swinging punches or strikes, misconduct, kicking low, crossing boundary line(every 2nd time) Understanding the Draw- it is a single elimination draw with Playoffs for all places 1,2,3rd John Ben Tess loser Tam loser Bev loser Fred winner This division has 3 players, Ben and Fred spar first- If Fred loses the bout he spars John, If John wins, then he spars Ben in final for Gold and Silver medal and Fred would be out of comp. If Fred was to beat John , then Ben would win Gold, and Fred silver and John nothing.( Ben already beat Fred in the 1st round) Jill This division has 4 players. Follow the lines to see who fights who. The winners of each bout progress to the final and the losers of the 1st bout will fight off for Bronze. PARKING INFORMATION Please understand that NO Parking is permitted at the front car park (beach road frontage) You may park on the side car park and front of ATI building and all along Irvine Drive. Please park on the street verge on Irvine drive, you will not get fined. You risk being fined if you take our neighbours parking bays directly in front of their businesses. Also the rear side car park must be kept clear as delivery trucks (Saturday) must have access to Furniture Company. We appreciate your co-operation . You can park in these shaded areas Times to arrive for your events. It is important that you do not arrive late for your event or you will be disqualified. If your event time is 10.15 then you must arrive by 10am at the latest and no more that 30 mins prior to this. We have allowed for a smooth transition of competitors and spectators from one event time slot to the next. If you follow the times , we will not be over crowed and you will not be stuck in our Martial Arts school for hours on end wondering when you will compete. If you are in multiple events you obviously may be there longer. . REFUNDS POLICY Refunds for competitor entries will only be given IF we receive notice of withdrawal from event by email or phone call by 8pm 22nd may. Failure to compete due to injury or illness on the day does not qualify for a refund of fees-Sorry!
