EC Rep- 2 big rooms with a live speaker (English/Spanish separate), ice cream as a reward afterwards outside

Curriculum- have a place for volunteers to sign-up, separate rooms for English/Spanish, ice cream cups

5th Grade-YouTube video w/Ferguson at the same time, ice cream sundaes and the classroom

Goals 1, 2 and 3 focused around most important - school culture, closing achievement gaps in reading, closing
achievement gaps in math

Reading- intervention process, Title I positions, professional development
Math- intervention process, Title I positions, professional development
Additional strategies are on the current draft of the new school improvement plan.
Globalization Goal -needs to be revisited, look at criteria for GIG, create a globalization goal that is relevant
and meaningful, we need to have a goal that is attainable (Mrs. Polk will get together with the Globalization
Committee)
