Goals 1, 2 and 3 focused around most important - school culture, closing achievement gaps in reading, closing achievement gaps in math Strategies below are from last school year School Culture - PBIS, school morale, parent involvement, professional development Reading- intervention process, Title I positions, professional development Math- intervention process, Title I positions, professional development Additional strategies are on the current draft of the new school improvement plan. Globalization Goal -needs to be revisited, look at criteria for GIG, create a globalization goal that is relevant and meaningful, we need to have a goal that is attainable (Mrs. Polk will get together with the Globalization Committee) Deadline for grade level concerns to Tracey Fluharty: September 19
