FEES
Either US$ or Vietnamese Dong is accepted for various fees. In the beginning of May fees are



Registration: US $100 (100$ x 22.740VND = 2.274.000VND) or $50 (50$ x 22.740VND = 1.137.0
00VND).
Workshop: US$100 (2.274.000VND)
Field Trip: US$50 (1.137.000VND)
*For the Vietnam currency, the exchange rate of 22.740VND for 1 US$ is used. The fees in Vietnam currency
may be adjusted depending on the exchange rate.
**The reduced registration fee is for full-time students and participants from developing countries. For
eligibility please consult the list posted in the web under the ‘Registration’ submenu.

To minimize the operating cost, we decided not to hire a credit-card service for the 5th Meeting. Instead, we ask
