How to Make a High Adventure Reservation
1. Go to gscnc.org and click on the ‘Camp’ tab
2. Click on ‘Troop Camping’
3. Click on ‘About our Camp Properties’, and then choose your camp from the top. For this
reservation, we will reserve archery at Brighton Woods.
4. Click on ‘Reservations’.
5. Choose either ‘Calendar Search’ or ‘Facility Search’. Both will take you to the reservations page. For this
reservation we will use ‘Facility Search’.
6. This will take out to our reservations page. In the ‘Category’ drop-down menu, choose ‘High
Adventure’.
7. Choose your date to show availability. A red ‘Reserve’ button means that time is available to
reserve. Click on that button.
8. Once you have clicked ‘Reserve’, it will prompt you to log in or create a new user account. This is
different from your GSCNC account, though you are free to use the same information. For this
reservation we will create a new account.
9. Enter your information. (You will only need to do this once – after you have created an account,
the system will save your information.)
10. Once you have created an account or logged in, then it will show the reservation in your cart.
Click ‘Checkout’.
11. Enter your troop information and click ‘Continue’. Remember when entering your troop number, the
system only recognizes five-digit troop numbers, so you must add zeros to the beginning to create a fivedigit number. For example, if your troop number is 1234, you must enter it in the system as ‘01234’.
12. Enter how many adults and girls will be participating. Click ‘Continue’.
13. Enter your High Adventure instructor and First Aid adult. Please note that they cannot be the
same person. Check off ‘I agree’. Click ‘Continue.’
14. This will take you to your shopping cart. Click ‘Checkout’ or ‘Keep Shopping.’
15. In the payment page, enter your credit card information. Click ‘Make Payment’.
16. You’re all set! You will receive an email confirmation that comes from ‘Girl Scouts Nation’s
Capital’ and has a header that looks like this:
