Email notifications generate on the 16th and invoices are available for viewing and download. Access this step – Log on, “Invoices and Payment”, “View Invoice”. The current invoice will appear as well as a drop down to allow viewing of past invoices. **Note the “View Detail” hyperlink which will take you to the billing breakdown and Excel download. “Non-Fuel Purchases” is a hyperlink for your maintenance charges. BILLING DETAIL “Download Results” (left above the first line of billing detail) creates an Excel spreadsheet. Thirty-one fields of data provide details like date of service, card used, driver ID, vendor name, address, etc. This makes usage tracking very easy. Billing detail information is available for each billing cycle. Download your monthly billing detail when you retrieve your invoice. Verify that each charge is valid and that you have a receipt. Access this step – From the Invoice screen (previous slide) select “View Detail” on the bottom right. From “Home”, “Invoices and Payment”, “View Detail” and select the correct billing period.
