OVERTIMEinSEMISandFINALSGOSTRAIGHTTOFIFA“KICKSFROMTHEMARK”
Kickoffwillbethescheduledtimeunlessgamesaredelayed.Eachteammustbereadytoplayatthescheduledtimeorimmediatelyafter
the conclusion of the previous match as determined by the referee. Any team not ready to play with a minimum of seven (7) players is
subjecttoforfeitureofthematch(nograceperiod).
FieldandGameEquipment:
Allplayersonateamwillwearidenticaluniforms(Shirts,shortsandsocks),withtheexceptionofthegoalkeeperwhomustwearcolorswhich
distinguishthemfromtheotherplayersonthefieldofplay.Playernumbersmustbeaffixedtothebacksoftheuniformshirtsandno
duplicatenumbersareallowedonateam.Shirtswillbetuckedinatthestartofplay.TheHomeandAwayteamwillbepostedonthegame
schedule.TheHometeamwillberequiredtowearlightcoloredjerseys.TheAway(orVisiting)teammustweardarkcoloredjerseys.Incase
ofaconflictofuniformcolors,theteamnotcomplyingwillberesponsibleforchangingtoadifferentcoloracceptabletotheCenterReferee.
Eachteammustbeabletopresentagameballtotherefereepriortothestartofeachgame.Hardcast,whenallowedbytheCenterReferee,
mustbepadded.Shinguardsaremandatoryforallmatches.Therefereehastherighttorefuseentryintothegameanyplayerwho,inthe
referees’opinioniswearingdangerousorillegalequipment.
Substitutions:Thereareunlimited(free)substitutionsforallagegroups.Playersmaybesubstitutedwiththeconsentoftherefereeatthe
followingtimes:
• Priortoathrow-inbyteaminpossessionORbothteams,ifteaminpossessionfirstrequestsasubstitution.
• Priortoagoalkickbyeitherteam
• Afteragoalbyeitherteam
• Intheeventofaninjury,byeitherteam
• Whentherefereestopstocautionaplayeronlythatplayermaybesubstitutedpriortorestart.

GameandScorereporting:
• Thegamerefereewillensurethatthegamecardsareproperlycompleted,signaturesobtained,andscoresrecordedattheendof
thegameonthegamecardislegibleandturnedintothetournamentheadquarters.
• Gameswillbescored(4)fourpointsforawin,(1)pointforatieand(0)zeropointsforaloss.
• Forfeitisscoredasa0-4lossandatotaloffour(4)pointswillbeawardedtotheopponent.Noteamreceivingaforfeitwillbe
allowedtoadvancebeyondbracketplaynorwilltheybeeligibleforawardsinroundrobinplay.
• Referees/Ejections:
• RefereeejectionsshouldbereportedtotheTournamentCommitteeimmediatelyfollowingthegame.
• Anyejectionshallautomaticallysitoutthegametheejectiontookplaceandtheplayerwillbesuspendedforthenextgame.
• Allrefereedecisionsarefinal,withinthelawsofthegame.Noprotestswillbeallowed..
• Intheeventtheassistantrefereesarenotavailable,eachteamisrequiredtoprovidea"clublinesman."
Conduct:
• Players,coachesandspectatorsareexpectedtoconductthemselveswithinthespiritandtheletteroftheLaw.Displaysoftemperor
dissentarecauseforejectionfromthegameandsurroundingfieldareas.
• Thetournamentdirectorreservestherighttodisqualifyanyteam,player,coachorspectatorwhostrikes,threatensphysicallyor
verbally,anyofficial,participantorspectatorattheMikeRoseSoccerComplex.
• Allplayersandcoacheswilltakeonesideofthefield,andsupporterswilltaketheotherside.Noonewillbeallowedbehindeither
endline.

Tie-Breakers:TodetermineFinalists,ifnecessary:

pass.Teamswillcontinuetobeadvanced(oreliminated)throughtheapplicationoftheremainingtiebreakers.
ConsolationGameswillnothaveovertimeorgoto“KicksfromthePenaltyMark”iftiedafterregulation.Consolationplacementwillbe
determinedbygroupstanding.Thetournamentschedulewilldelineateconsolationplacementanditistheresponsibilityoftheteamsto
ascertaintheirtimeandfieldfromtheschedule.ThedecisionoftheTournamentDirectorisfinal.
FailuretoShowandForfeits:
• Ateamshallbealloweda10minutegraceperiodafterthescheduledkick-offtimebeforethematchisawardedtotheiropponent.
Aminimumofseven(7)playersconstitutesateamandifseven(7)playersarepresent,thegamewillnotbedelayed.
• Innocaseshallateamwhichforfeitsagamebedeclaredadivisionwinnerorwildcardteam.Ifanapparentdivisionwinnerforfeits
agame,thedivisionteamwiththenextbestrecordshallbenamedthedivisionwinner.
• Ifateamisthecauseforterminationofagame,thatteamwillbeconsideredtohaveforfeitedthatgame.
• Aforfeitinthepreliminaryroundsshallbeawardedas4pointsforthewintotheopposingteam.
• Forfeitsofgamesintheplayoffroundsshallberecordedas3-0games.
TeamDiscipline:
Anyplayerreceivingaredcardwillberemovedfromtheimmediategameandwillbesuspendedforthenextgame.Playersthataresentoff
willservetheirsuspensionawayfromthebench.Asecondredcardonthesameplayerwillresultintheplayerbeingremovedfromany
furtherparticipationinthetournament.Anycoachguiltyofasendingoffoffensewillberemovedfromtheimmediategameandwillbe
suspendedforthenextgame.Coachesthataresentoffwillservetheirsuspensionawayfromthebenchandwillnotattempttocoachthe
team,thereafter,byanymeans,directlyorindirectly.Asecondredcardonthesamecoachwillresultinthecoachbeingremovedfromany
furtherparticipationinthetournament.AllRedCardswillbereportedtotheappropriateStateAssociation.Theteamcoachisresponsible
forallactionsofphysicalandverbalabusetowardrefereesbytheirteamsandspectators.Suchabusewillnotbetolerated.Violationmay
resultinforfeitureofthegameand/orexpulsionfromthetournament.
