Thank you for your interest in Shalimar’s Monday Golf League. Join us this summer for our extremely popular,
incredibly fun, and amazingly affordable summer golf league. Registration begins March 10th, 2014. Space is limited
and the leagues fill up quickly so sign up early.
LEAGUE ENTRY FEE - $50
SPACE IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 72 REGISTERED AND PAID GOLFERS
BRING A COMPLETED ENTRY FORM (Located on the Back) TO THE GOLF SHOP
The Season Ending Party is the highlight of the League Season. Plan on attending this event!!!! Everyone present
wins a prize and you must be present to be eligible.
The Grand Prize in 2013 was a $500 shopping spree with PING Golf. Stay tuned to find out what the grand prize will
be this year……
The Entry Fee each week is $8.00 which includes:
 Greens fee.
 Prize Fund for that week’s event in the form of Merchandise Credit
 Complimentary Range Balls prior to your round.
 Complimentary Clinic Following play April 21, 2014
Golf Carts are available each week at a cost of $5.00 per person.
Play begins at 5:00pm each week (except for the last few evenings - due to limited daylight hours it will start at 4:30pm
– please refer to the schedule on the back).
Remember that all Merchandise Credit MUST be used Before December 31st, 2014–NO Exceptions!
After the Player’s 1st Round where a Handicap can be determined, a Handicap will be established. It will be adjusted
every week as determined by the formula below:
