Next to putting up a tree the Christmas card exchange is one of the oldest and most cherished
traditions that is still practiced today. Create meaningful cards and gift tags during this event.

December 8thNew Friends Group

Our friends at MLC College have invited us back for some fun activities and spiritual inspiration.
We will start out by enjoying their wonderful supper buffet.Meet in the MLC Cafeteria
Conference Room. Pay event leader, not the cafeteria personnel. Cost: $3.00

We have done this project in the past with GREAT results. This time we are adding a new twist.
We are adding beautiful push pins to use on your bulletin boards. Keep for yourself or give as a
gift. Cost: $3.00

We are ending the ARS event calendar for 2016 with Bingo! Check out the amazing collection of
VHS tapes that were donated to us by our member Julie Bauman. If you do not have a VHS
player there will be other prizes as well. Cost: FREE

The People First Monthly meeting will start at 6:30pm and run approximately 30 minutes. We
will follow that with a party Celebrating all birthdays in December. Join your friends for
Karaoke. Cost:$1.00
December 9th Adult Coloring
Community Center Room 112

The biggest trend in the paper craft world is Adult Coloring Books. ARS is jumping on the
bandwagon with this one. You will be able to choose the design you like and then color that
design using markers or colored pencils. If you have special markers or pencils from home that
you would like to use feel free to bring them-if you don’t have any favorites use the fantastic
markers that ARS will provide. This will be a fun and relaxing event. As an added bonus we will
be sending coloring sheets home with you so you can continue your fun at home. Cost: $1.00
December 16th Ceramic Christmas Ornaments

We will have an assortment of ornaments for you to paint then take home with you. Paint and
ornaments will be provided. Cost: $2.00

*The Milk Moola and Donuts to Dough program is still in progress!!!Please save
your caps, bag tops, UPC codes or ovals to earn money for ARS. This program has
been extended to November 2016 to allow us to reach our goal of 2,500 pts. Your
participation is greatly appreciated.

RSVP to ALL events (excluding bowling). The RSVP process is EASY and there are many
convenient ways to accommodate you. You may call the ARS office 507-217-0383 and leave a
